It is a bit puzzling why, for a group that wants to show that the promises once made are not (bad typo, sorry) now being kept for the sake of solidifying trust, they have such a hard time keeping the one and only public-facing information repository (webpage) up to date – the March 13th meeting isn’t even listed, and there are no (zero!) minutes posted from all of last year.
Here is the latest set of documents from the March 13th meeting:

Unfortunately, the attached documented is loaded with numbers and charts; for someone whose native language is finance, that is all good and fine, but for the rest of us mere mortals, it is extremely dry and does not lend itself to easy knowledge transfer whatsoever. What does all that mean? How does that document convey that promises made are kept?
To wit, note Agenda Item V: How to Effectively Share with the Community the Work and Oversight of the Committee
Nice.

There is a major issue in that this committee is not compiling to the OMA.

The thing is, nobody really cares. We can go and shake a stick at them, but to what end? If you ask me, it would be best just to terminate the PMPK committee, at least in its current incarnation.

Your choice, but one can always send a message to the AG PAC. They do reply and are very effective. Since I went through the OMA training yesterday online, all 63 pages, I now realize that there are many entities in this community not compiling with the OMA. So one can let this continue or one can step up to the plate.
Anyone who want to do this training, just go to http://foia.ilattorneygeneral.net/default.aspx This is a very educational endeavor. As is printing out this brochure on the OMA
